Franziska Hirt is a digital learning expert at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). Previously she worked as a researcher at the Institute for Research in Open-, Distance- and eLearning (IFeL) and the UNESCO Chair on Personalised and Adaptive Distance Education.
